Your Journey to
Wellness Starts Here
Welcome to our counseling services, where every conversation is geared towards understanding and supporting you on your unique journey. We're here to listen and help you discover the path that's right for you.
Mission
Our mission is to facilitate healing and inspire personal growth. Our goal is to decrease the impact that mental health struggles and substance use have had on our communities for both youth and adults.
The Vision
Our vision is to create a culturally responsive and inclusive therapeutic environment to facilitate healthy living and personal growth. We work to decrease the impact that mental health and substance use disorders have in our communities and head off long-term co-occurring disorders. We hope to facilitate healthier decision making for youth, adults and families as they seek healthier more balanced lives.

In the past, the medical world tried to treat these separately—you’d go to one place for the drinking and another for the depression. This rarely worked because the two are often tangled together like a knotted ball of yarn.

Peer Mentoring Services
Peer mentoring is a support model where individuals with more experience or specific expertise (the mentors) provide guidance, encouragement, and knowledge to those with less experience (the mentees). Unlike traditional mentoring, which often involves a hierarchical "boss-to-employee" dynamic, peer mentoring is built on a foundation of shared identity and mutual respect.
Think of it as having a "knowledgeable friend" rather than a supervisor.
"Addressing the roots of my struggle isn't a chore; it's the ultimate act of self-stewardship. It’s the key that finally unlocks the door to a life that isn't just 'functional,' but deeply lived."
Co-Occurring Therapy Services
Co-occurring therapy services (often called Dual Diagnosis treatment) are specialized mental health and substance use programs designed for people who struggle with both a mental health disorder and a substance use disorder at the same time.
The core philosophy is that these conditions are deeply interconnected—for example, someone may drink to "self-medicate" anxiety, or a substance use habit might trigger a depressive episode. Treating one without the other often leads to relapse, so co-occurring services treat them simultaneously
"I spent years viewing life through the distorted lens of survival, where every thought was filtered through a tunnel of addiction and despair. Today, that lens is gone. I’ve traded the narrow walls of my past for a clear-eyed perspective, and I’m finally present enough to actually participate in my own life."
Telehealth
Telehealth therapy (also known as teletherapy or online therapy) is the delivery of mental health services through technology rather than in-person office visits. It allows you to connect with a licensed counselor, psychologist, or psychiatrist using a computer, tablet, or smartphone. While it became a global necessity during the pandemic, it has since evolved into a permanent, highly sophisticated standard of care.
"Peer support was the bridge that carried me from the isolated tunnel of addiction and addict behavior to the wide-open landscape of a career. I stopped asking 'How do I survive?' and started asking 'Who do I want to be?' I traded the static walls of my past for the dynamic growth of a student, proving that my potential was never gone—it was just waiting for me to clear the view."
"Losing my mother forced me to step out of the shadows of co-dependency, but Peer Support gave me the light to see where I was going. I traded a life of leaning on one person for a life of standing tall alongside friends. I’m no longer just 'someone's son' or 'someone's patient'—I am a man who uses resources to build his own results."
